Banquets
Our topside rooms offer breathtaking harbor views, making them perfect for banquets and other special occasions. The top deck is beautifully tented and decorated, complete with accommodations for live entertainment. All guests can enjoy complimentary parking.
Please note that prices are subject to an 8% sales tax and 20% gratuity. We also ask you not to bring confetti for decorations, outside wines, or alcoholic beverages. We kindly ask that the final payment be provided at the end of your function. We accept major credit cards and cash but unfortunately, we are not able to provide separate checks.
We ask that you confirm your menus three weeks before the function and call in hors d’oeuvres and entrée counts three days prior. Thank you for choosing DiMillo’s, we are thrilled to be part of your special occasion.
Weddings
& Rehearsals
Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! At DiMillo’s, your special event can last up to five hours with two time slot options: 11 am to 4 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm. Extensions are available for $250.00 per hour. Please make all menu selections one month before your reception date and your final guest count one week before your event.
A $500.00 deposit secures your reservation and is not refundable. Prices are subject to change, with a 20% service charge and 8% state tax on all food and beverage costs. Please ask us about our 15% off-peak date discount for added savings and our variety of complimentary services!
Motor Coach
Our motor coach luncheon menu is available from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We ask that you please make your appetizer, entree, and dessert choices at least four weeks in advance and provide a final count of each entree three days before the reservation. Ask us about our complimentary meal offer based on the size of your group.
All prices include tax and gratuity. Prior notice is needed for parking arrangements. We look forward to hosting you and providing a wonderful waterfront dining experience for your group!
We want to make all parties aware that our function rooms are unfortunately NOT wheelchair accessible, however we do have a chair lift for those who require one.
Online reservation requests are available for parties of four or fewer. For a larger group reservation, please call DiMillo’s at 207-772-2216 to discuss availability. Outdoor deck tables are available to walk-in guests only and cannot be reserved.

Yes. DiMillo’s offers waterfront event space overlooking the Portland Harbor, including private topside rooms and a tented top deck. Confetti and outside alcohol are not permitted, and decorations, entertainment, and vendors must be approved in advance.

Yes. Complimentary parking is available for private event guests. Guests should bring their parking tickets inside to be validated at the front desk. Motor coach groups should contact DiMillo’s in advance to arrange parking.
The upstairs function rooms are not fully wheelchair accessible. A chair lift is available for guests who require one. Please discuss individual accessibility needs with the events team before booking.
