The most delicious lobster I ve ever had. No need for butter or even lemon. Served with green beans. My husband had pecan pesto pasta that was amazing, then blueberry cobbler. What a treat!

Walked in, waiting time was 30min, acceptable as well as showing its popularity. Tried mussel appetizer and lobster macaroni and both are sooooo great in taste and soooo large in portion sizes. The drinks we ordered are not too sweet and loaded with alcohol, reasonably priced. In one sentence we will come back again.

Food is fresh and great we love it. The restaurant is nice and clean. We came back on Sunday but it was close. We went to next restaurant but not the same. We d like to recommend it to our friends and family.

Pecan crusted Halibut. Say no more.....ok, I will. We had a decent dinner here. The setting is lovely and the restaurant including restrooms is super clean which I appreciate. Our server, Chris, was terrific. When I was stuck between the salmon and the halibut he was the one who told me to get the pecan crusted halibut and it is to die for. A very generous serving as well. I got it with the cheesy grits which went with it nicely. My dining partner had the lobster roll which was fine. The spring salad was a bit of a rip-off. Rather small and uninspired. We also had the blueberry cobbler fully aware that it is not blueberry season but it was still good. As I noted, service was good-fast, friendly and helpful. Yes, this is a touristy restaurant-They have a gift shop but there are pockets of gold here. Enjoy!

We were on our way out of Maine, ending a vacation visiting trip and my wife wanted some lobster. Go figure, right? Maine, lobster... Anyhow, we had some time before our flight so we decided to give Dimillo s a try.First off, we were seated promptly. Nice start. Our server was there quickly and also was informative about the menu. He also took a cue from my wife and kept us moving flight to catch! without rushing us.I wasn t terribly hungry at lunchtime and ordered the Haddock Stew and a starter of Bacon Wrapped Scallops. My wife ordered Fried Lobster tails which came with mashed potatoes.The Haddock stew was really good, pieces of potato, onion and of course flakes of haddock, highly recommended! The scallops were also very well prepared. They were just done which can be easy to overcook.My wife thoroughly enjoyed the fried lobster tails and commented positively on the mashed potatoes consistency and taste. Very enjoyable for a quick stop where I didn t have the highest expectations. Definitely a place we ll return to on our next trip.
