Award-winning Head Chef, Melissa Bouchard, is hosting cooking classes throughout Locals’ Season October thru May! Our next Cooking Class will be held on Thursday, November 14th!

The cooking class will include an appetizer and entree both served with a glass of paired wine all for only $50!* Chef Melissa will be whipping up the following menu for the cooking class:

Appetizer: Roman “Egg Drop” Soup paired with Cellardoor Winery Albarino
Entree: Braciole (Bree-zshole), a stuffed, rolled and braised flank steak paired with Matchlock Cabernet Sauvignon

Learn More About Chef Melissa Bouchard

Melissa focuses on simply prepared cuisine, highlighting Maine’s abundant agriculture and seafood products. Chef Melissa was a 2009 and 2012 finalist for the Maine Lobster Chef of the Year competition and serves as a Chef Ambassador for the Maine Lobster Promotion Council. Melissa was appointed in 2012 to represent the state of Maine in the Great American Seafood Cook off in New Orleans. Melissa was named the Maine Restaurant Association’s first female Chef of the Year in 2013.
