Dockside Utilities

Electricity- One 30 amp connection is included in the Slip Fee. Vessels
requiring an additional 30 amp or a single 50 amp cord must pay a
$175 Surcharge.

Cable Television- Basic cable is included in the Slip Fee. Additional
cable services must be ordered from Time Warner Cable directly.

Telephone- All posts are wired for telephone, at no additional charge.
Tenants must contact a provider to set up service. The marina must be
notified of the activation. Charges may apply if the line ever needs to
be relocated.

Fresh Water- Accessible at each slip during the Summer (May 1 to October
15). No additional charge.

Sewer- Pumpout available at Fuel Dock, 24/7 (token operated). Tokens are
available the marina office, $5 per token.

Wireless Connectivity available any where on the property, please ask
about our rates.
