Accommodations
Waste Oil
Our waste oil dispenser is available for your use during marina hours. The charge is $2 per gallon of waste oil disposed. Please see a member of the marina staff for assistance with the oil dispenser. Do not leave pails. Used oil filters must be drained and double-bagged before disposed of in our dumpster.
Showers/Laundry
Marina guests have 24-hour access to our shower and laundry facilities. Please see the marina office for the access codes to these facilities. There are two full bathrooms available for use, two washers, and two dryers. A wash is $2 and a dry is $2; cycles last 25 minutes and 45 minutes respectively.
Pump Out Station
We are equipped to perform pump outs. Our pump out station is located at the fuel dock and is open during business hours. Purchase tokens in advance for self service, 24 hours a day. Pump out tokens are $5.
Pets
We are pet friendly marina, however pets must be under the owner’s supervision at all times. Dogs are welcome to accompany their owner around the facility, however they are required to be on a leash and the “pooper scooper” law will be enforced. We have provided “doggie bags” at the end of each ramp for your convenience; please use them.
Parking
Overnight parking is available at our facility, however you must obtain a permit from the marina office. Any vehicle without a permit in the front lower left-hand windshield will be towed at midnight.
Towing is at the owner’s expense, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Packages
Given advanced notice, we will gladly accept packages here at the marina office. Our address works for US Postal, Federal Express, and UPS. When having a package sent to the marina, please mark it with your name, boat name, and your arrival date. We will not accept unidentifiable packages. If you would like to ship packages, we are an authorized UPS shipping station.
Laundry Service
We do have a laundry service available to our guests. In most cases, depending on the type of laundry and/or dry cleaning, items dropped off at the marine office before 8:30 am, will be returned by 6:00 pm the same day.
Faxes/Copies
Our faxing capabilities are available to you during marina office hours. We gladly accept faxes at no charge to our guests. As with packages, please have documents clearly marked with your name, boat name, and arrival date. A small fee will be charged to individuals sending a fax. Copies are also available for a nominal charge.
Dock Carts
We have several dock carts available for your use. Carts are located at the head of the ramps. We ask that the dock carts be returned to that location when you are finished using them. If you are unable to locate a cart, ask a staff member and we will be happy to help you find one.
Children under 12
Tenants and guests of the marina are required to ensure that children under the age of twelve wear life preservers and be accompanied by a responsible person when on our floats. Children under the age of twelve are not permitted to operate small boats within the marina confines.
